orders are shipped in order in the order they are received. The majority of
orders ship the same or next business day. We pride ourselves in shipping
orders as soon as possible. We strive to do this but can not guarantee every
order will ship within this time frame. Orders are only delayed if - CC Info
isn't complete, suspicion of fraud, oversold, or simply a very large influx of
orders. Orders going Air Service will not be placed ahead of Standard Service.
They go out in the order they where received. Orders placed after 1PM
Eastern Standard Time are shipped the following business day. (Example - if you
place an order on Friday at 1PM EST it will not be shipped until Monday).
Shipping methods only guarantee the transit time with UPS. Some LCD TV’s, Plasma TV’s and Refrigerators
do not qualify for FREE Shipping. Please contact our Sales Department at
800-854-9014 for more information. CompuDirect reserves the right to
cancel orders arising from such errors. What are your shipping
regulations for orders shipped out of the ( Only Wire Transfer can be used for International Orders ) International orders
are subject to additional shipping charges, and generally take 7-10 days from
date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs procedures of the destination
country. Please check with your country’s customs office for precise charges.
The Shipment Carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL) prepays these
charges before shipment is commenced. CompuDirect assumes no responsibility
with respect to these procedures or any tariffs, duties, or other such
restrictions & charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country.
If the order is refused the customer is responsible for both duties incurred at
the border of the respective country and shipment back to the
RETURN POLICY
To
return merchandise for credit or replacement, you need to obtain a Return
Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). All returns must be in "as
shipped" condition and require RMA #. Packages without RMA # will not be
accepted. To obtain your RMA# you can fill an online application or directly

to request an Online RMA. We ask that all RMAs be requested online for maximum
efficiency.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY Once
an order is placed it is automatically processed and in most cases can not be
cancelled. Your credit card is charged immediately. A cancellation processing fee of $100.00 will be
applied by CompuDirect® to any system cancelled before shipping. A 10% cancellation
processing fee will be applied by CompuDirect® to parts orders cancelled
before shipping. The return/refund of any product will be subject to a 20%
restocking fee (shipping charges are non-refundable), and must be received by
CompuDirect® within 30 days of the original invoice date. There will be no returns/refunds on opened software or printers.
After 30 days of the original invoice date, no returns/refunds on unopened
and/or opened product will be accepted. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to
be processed. Additional time may occur with individual banks. -
Once your Special Order is received and accepted, it cannot be cancelled. Open-Box Items
This
is our Detailed Open Box Item Return Policy. Compudirect.com often sells items
that are listed as "open-box." Because these items are sold at
greatly reduced prices, they bear this limited no refund policy
through Compudirect.com. Compudirect.com cannot provide replacement service
for these items, as their stock is limited. The entire risk as to the quality
and performance of these items is with the buyer. These items have been tested
for functionality, but may have superficial physical defects including (but not
limited to) scratches, dings or dents. Should these items prove defective
following their purchase, the buyer (not the manufacturer, distributor, or
compudirect.com) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs,
unless otherwise required by law. These items are not
covered by any 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
